Damage claim due to the state of the infrastructure

What procedure should I follow?

• Notify the police at the time of the incident and report any danger to other road users.
• If possible, take photos of the scene and the damage
• Contact the police (preferably on the spot) to draw up a report ; this will be requested to establish the facts; failing this, an independent signed witness statement (with a copy of a document authenticating the signature).
• Provide the regional authorities with a copy of the pro-justicia or criminal record.
• Submit a claim using the form below or via the insurance company.
• When sending the claim, provide all supporting documents, such as estimates, expert reports, invoices, etc.
