In the thirty plus years since the first underground section opened, the Brussels metro has become an art gallery of sorts. Over sixty works adorn its platforms and passageways. All genres are represented – paintings to sculptures, photos to stained glass windows – in every material – canvas to bronze, wood to glass and steel.
