The bhg.common.blank_link_warningBrussels-Capital Region Housing Fund builds all types of housing in the Brussels-Capital Region (studio flats, 1 to 4-bedroom flats, duplexes) and parking spaces and sells them at below-market prices. 

The sale of housing built by the Fund is subject to bhg.common.blank_link_warningspecial conditions relating to the buyer's property assets, the potential resale of the property acquired, and the Fund's rights of repurchase and pre-emption. bhg.common.blank_link_warningCommunity Land Trust Brussels (CLTB) develops perpetually affordable housing projects in Brussels for low-income individuals, on collectively-owned land.  

CLTB uses the bhg.common.blank_link_warninginnovative CLT model where the land remains the property of the community, and only the homes are sold. These homes are affordable because the owners do not pay for the land. Resale is possible, but at a capped price, ensuring that the housing remains affordable for future generations.
